Section 349 The Gambling Act 2005 requires Licensing Authorities to prepare and publish a Statement of Principles (Policy) and it must be reviewed every three years.

The statement sets out the principles that Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council, the Licensing Authority proposes to apply when exercising its functions under the Gambling Act 2005.

The current Gambling Act 2005 Statement of Principles (Policy) runs from 15 January 2019 until 1 May 2022.

The proposed Gambling Act 2005 Statement of Principles (Policy) is due for publication on the 1 May 2022 will go out for consultation for twelve weeks from the 19 November 2021 until 31 January 2022.
