Highways England Message M20 resurfacing

Dear Resident,
M20 Junction 3-4
I am writing to advise that A-one+, on behalf of Highways England will be carrying out resurfacing of lanes 2 and 3 of the M20 in both directions between junctions 3 and 4 of the M20.
In order to carry out these works as efficiently and safely as possible, work will be carried out under a series of full carriageway closures in both directions of the M20.

East bound M26 junction 2a & M20 Junction 2 – 4
6 April 2020 – 8 April 2020
14 April 2020 – 26 April 2020
20:00 – 06:00
West bound M20 Junction 4 – M26
27 April 2020 – 7 May 2020
11 May 2020 – 16 May 2020
20:00 – 06:00
West bound M20 Junction 6-4
18 May 2020 – 20 May 2020
20:00 – 06:00
East bound M20 Junction 4-5
26 May 2020 – 28 May 2020

Diversions:
M20 Junctions 3-4 and M26
East bound traffic on the M26 will be diverted off the M26 at junction 2a and on to the east bound A20, where it will continue before joining the A228 and then re-joining the east bound M20 at junction 4.
East bound traffic on the M20 will be diverted off the M20 at junction and should follow the above diversion route.
West bound traffic on the M20 will be diverted off the M20 at junction 4, onto the west bound A228, before joining the A20 heading west to either join the M26 at junction 2a or continuing further on the A20 to join the west bound M20 at junction 2.
M20 Junctions 4-6
West bound traffic on the M20 will be diverted off the M20 at junction 6 on to the north bound A229 to join the M2 at junction 3, where traffic will head west bound before leaving the M2 at junction 2 and taking the south bound A228 to join the west bound M20 at junction 4.
East bound traffic on the M20 will be diverted off M20 at junction 4 and will be diverted via the A228, M2 and A229 before re-joining the M20 at junction 6.
